Route: Clock Tower - Rajpur Road - Kimadi - Hathi Paon - George Everest House

Cut-Off Time: 4 Hours

Terms and Conditions

- The registration fee is NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances
- Only MTB bikes allowed
- Helmet is compulsory NO HELMET NO RIDE
- Participants without helmet will be disqualified and would not be allowed to start
- Cutoff time for the finishers is 4 Hours
- Riders must carry their own safety gears
- Riders are advised to carry puncture kit with them
- No cycle repair/technical support will be provided by the organiser, cyclist are advised to check before the race that their cycle is fit for the race.
- In case of any fault in cycle,the cycle will be dropped at the finishing point.
- In case of any problem on the route, cyclists are advised to contact the nearest race marshal or at the race emergency number.
- All the pictures and videos taken during the entire event will be the property of Sarmang Adventure Tours
- Selected pictures and videos will be uploaded on our Facebook page within 3 days of completion of the event.
- in case of EVENT CANCELLATION due to bad weather/snowfall/Covid or any other unavoidable circumstances the registration fee will be carried over to next cycling event, in case of opting out,  only 50% fee will be refunded within 45 days.
